Salary: £28,500–£30,000 per annum / 28–35 hours per week (part or full time)

In this role, you’ll work with partners to deliver Health in Your Hands, a programme focused on preventing long-term conditions and reducing health inequalities.
Ruils is a Disabled people-led organisation focused on removing barriers to independent living. It provides services such as advice, advocacy, befriending, and community activities.
The main purpose of the role is to:
- deliver one-to-one wellbeing support to residents
- conduct basic health checks (training provided)
- help individuals set goals and make informed lifestyle choices
- connect clients to local services and community support
- manage a caseload and maintain accurate records
- contribute insights to improve service delivery.
You’ll need a commitment to inclusion and reducing health inequalities alongside the following essential skills:
- experience supporting individuals with complex needs
- strong interpersonal skills
- compassionate, non-judgmental, and able to build trust
- ability to work collaboratively with partners across sectors
- understanding of social determinants of health
- strong communication, organisation, and IT skills (databases, Word, Excel)
- good time management and attention to detail.
