Hampton & Hampton Hill Voluntary Care is seeking a Volunteer & Services Manager to play a pivotal role in developing and managing their services and volunteer programmes at Greenwood Community Centre. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on operational management, supporting both outreach services and the day-to-day running of the Centre.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape community-led services, support volunteers, and help strengthen a well-established local charity focused on reducing loneliness and isolation.

Key responsibilities will include recruiting, inducting, training and supporting volunteers, embedding social care understanding into service delivery, and overseeing day-to-day management of Greenwood Community Centre. The role will involve working closely with the CEO to implement organisational strategy and vision, as well as representing the organisation with local statutory and voluntary partners.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and understanding of social care principles, safeguarding, and working with vulnerable adults, as well as a proven track record of recruiting, managing, and developing volunteers. They will also have experience of premises or facilities management, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong organisational skills.
