Integrated Neurological Services (INS) is a well-established and highly regarded charity, based in South West London, offering long-term rehabilitation, education and emotional support to adults with neurological conditions – and volunteers are essential to their ability to offer high-quality service to their clients.
The Volunteer Lead will be responsible for enhancing their current volunteering provision and delivering a comprehensive volunteering programme that supports their service users and staff, and offers meaningful engagement to volunteers.
You will be responsible for the promotion of INS volunteering opportunities, as well as the recruitment, training and supervision of new volunteers.
There is scope to be creative and make a significant difference to the service users and local community.
They are looking for a highly organised individual with the ability to engage individuals across all communities.
