JOB: Operations Lead, ADHD Embrace – apply by 24 Aug

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum / 24 hours per week

ADHD Embrace is recruiting an Operations Lead, responsible for the operational delivery of their highly valued services for young people with ADHD, their families and professionals working with them.

This includes leading the design, planning, implementation and evaluation of our services ensuring they are ensuring they are high-quality, responsive to community needs and aligned with funding commitments.

The Operations Lead combines planning with day-to-day hands-on coordination with a number of key areas of responsibility:

  • Service Design & Planning- planning future programmes through a clear service delivery roadmap that supports families and young people at different stages of their ADHD journey
  • Service Delivery – coordinating upcoming events and leading the day-to-day operational coordination of services -identifying and collaborating with clinicians and expert service providers to deliver our courses and seminars, and ensuring operational systems are efficient to support the smooth running of services
  • Insight, Evaluation and Impact – reviewing feedback from families to identify opportunities for improvement and measuring the impact of every programme or event delivered
  • Management & Funding Reporting – working closely with one direct report, the Operations Administrator, and ensuring service delivery meets budgeted events. including funder requirements, and supports reporting obligations.

The role requires experience of delivering or coordinating service delivery (ideally in a charity or voluntary organisation), strong organisational and prioritisation skills, knowledge and understanding of neurodiversity, and experience of working as part of a small team.

There is flexibility on how and when the 24 hours per week can be spread. They do include occasional evening and weekend work to support events (up to 2 or 3 times a month).
