They are looking for a Community Support Worker to join their fabulous team and contribute to the delivery of their LGBTQ+ youth provision.

The role is all about supporting young people, through 1-2-1 targeted support and group provisions, and offering a safe space for them to explore their situations and develop the necessary skills, strategies and resilience to manage the difficulties they face.

It involves working flexibly in-person across various secondary schools in Richmond upon Thames, ad hoc community settings, the Free2B office in Wandsworth, and home-based/suitable remote locations for admin tasks.

They are looking for an individual with experience working with young people via 1-2-1s and in group settings and providing support and guidance to improve outcomes.

The 21 hours per week include a rota for Wednesdays and Fridays afternoon online groups.

The post is offered on a fixed term contract until December 2027
