£15.61 per hour / 4 hours per week (Saturday mornings)

Join a small and friendly gym team and help residents get more active.

The Cambrian Centre is looking for a caring and professional part-time gym instructor for their Saturday morning sessions in their community gym.

This is a small gym with a mostly older clientele, many of whom are following rehabilitative exercise programmes arising from a health or medical issue.

It’s a role for someone interested in making a difference to people who may need a bit more support and help in pursuing their exercise goals, and who is comfortable working alone.

To apply, you must hold a level 2 gym instructor qualification, an exercise referral qualification and have some previous experience in a gym environment.

Experience of working with a less able client group and/or additional relevant qualifications will be an advantage.

It is a permanent contract for four hours on Saturday mornings. You may also be asked if you can cover other weekday shifts as a result of staff holidays.
