Are you the experienced, motivated and proven fundraiser for this small, friendly team, and able to generate vital income that directly supports vulnerable young people in crisis?

Off the Record Twickenham is an established and well-regarded local charity, providing crisis support and ongoing counselling to young people experiencing mental health challenges in the London borough of Richmond.

They are looking for someone to join their supportive and busy team, who can bring enthusiasm and a proactive approach to maintaining and developing further the charity’s well-established income streams, leading on building strong relationships with grant givers and with the local community, including businesses, community groups and individual supporters.

As this role involves engaging local community groups, businesses and volunteers, it is particularly suited to someone who lives and/or has worked in the London borough of Richmond.

Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will be invaluable when managing successful fundraising relationships with local businesses and community groups.

You’ll also be building and nurturing a network of local philanthropists and individual donors.

Other responsibilities include planning and delivering fundraising activities at local fairs, events and community initiatives, including recruiting and managing the volunteer helpers.

The ability to work independently and manage your own workload is key, as is the ability to develop positive relationships with colleagues, funders and the general public.

With autonomy to shape and grow your own fundraising portfolio, the role offers flexible hybrid working arrangements, with some local travel.
