Salary: £19,708 per annum LGS Pay Scale 6 starting at Point 16 / 20 hours per week

This is an exciting part-time opportunity to join an enthusiastic team to support and empower members in the charity’s community to grow, achieve and thrive.

IvybridgeLink is the charity responsible for The BridgeLink Community Centre on Ivybridge Estate in Isleworth.

The Community Development Worker post would ideally suit someone with a background in community engagement and developing activities and projects based around the needs of user groups.

The post is designed to support IvybridgeLink’s mission to promote learning and educational achievement, encourage pathways into employment, support healthy lifestyles and emotional well-being, offer opportunities for recreation/leisure activities and build a positive sense of community.

You will be working as part of a team alongside the Director, Community Engagement, Development & ESOL Manager, the Youth Team and Centre Administrators.
