Small grants are available through this funding for UK-registered charities and community interest companies to support work with disabled children and young people aged 0 to 25, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families.

The True Colours Trust offers grants to organisations that are working to make a difference to the lives of disabled children and their families in the UK.

UK-registered charities and community interest companies with annual income below £350,000 can apply.

Grants are offered of up to £10,000 although many are smaller than this.

The funding can be used for activities, equipment, and materials, including family, sibling, and bereavement support, respite, specialised play and leisure opportunities, hydrotherapy pool or sensory room improvements, and minibuses.

Priority is given to organisations in areas of high deprivation.

Applications are accepted at any time online and decisions expected within 12 weeks.
