The Big Thank You Coffee Morning for Richmond’s Volunteers

Volunteers from across the borough and from a range of organisations, joined us for a morning of celebration, stories and laughter on 13 June 2019.

Our guest speaker, Sian Thomas, told of us of her experiences with The Christmas Day Dinner and offered a perfect example of how a community can come together to do good.

As the coffee, cake and conversation flowed, individuals around the room shared the meaning of volunteering to them and some added wellbeing was created with of an informal ‘pub choir’ session.

Thank you to everyone who came along and to all those who give up their time to volunteer.
