NEW JOB: Fundraiser, ADHD Embrace – apply by 20 Apr

Salary: £32,000 – £38,000 per annum pro rata / 24 hours per week

Could you be the experienced Fundraiser to lead fundraising activity and help this local charity meet its objectives?

ADHD Embrace is a small and impactful charity operating out of South West London and is looking for a part-time Fundraiser. 

The Fundraiser will be be the lead on fundraising activities and will be responsible for raising funds to meet budgeted income targets from Trusts and corporates in order to support the service provision of the charity.

The role will be focused on grant bid writing and the exploration and development of other partnerships, including corporate partnerships and award nominations .

They will also coordinate impact reporting to funders and will work closely with colleagues on the messaging and approaches made in donor campaigns, challenge event fundraising and fundraising from local schools. This is a key role in a small charity and combines long term planning with hands-on tasks.

To apply, you’ll need to be a self-starter, motivated and have 3+ years of fundraising experience, ideally gained working in not-for-profits bid writing, or a marketing role involved in bid writing.

Excellent written and oral English language communication skills are required and experience in writing and delivering persuasive copy for supporters.

The successful applicant will also have the ability to work on their own initiative and interface with the wider team.

The working hours for the role could potentially be worked over three or four days – the organisation is open to considering applicants’ preferences. Occasional evening or weekend work is required to support events.

The ADHD Embrace team works in a shared office on Mondays. In-person events take place in and around Richmond, Kingston and the surround areas. Outside of these commitments, the role can be carried out remotely.
