Salary: £19,200 per annum / 24 hours per week

An opportunity to support parents, professionals working with children and young people with ADHD, and young people directly, in order to help them thrive.

ADHD Embrace is a small and impactful charity operating out of South West London. The Community and School Outreach Manager role will take the lead in creating greater awareness of ADHD and the offering of ADHD Embrace amongst schools and in the wider community.  

The main purpose of this part-time role is to support families on their journey and to ensure that they do not feel isolated and alone.  This will be achieved by providing services to families such as Post Diagnosis workshops, running meet ups and developing workshops. 

The role will also include delivering training on ADHD within schools to teaching staff, as well as hosting parent coffee mornings providing information about ADHD Embrace and how the services offered can help them. 

There is also a requirement to more generally grow awareness and understanding of ADHD in the wider community.

To apply, you should have at least 3 years of relevant experience. You may previously have worked as a teacher, trainer, healthcare professional, family support worker or social worker. 

Local travel is required and the post holder will need their own transport.
