Ruils is a charity supporting disabled children and adults, to live independently, be part of their community and to live life to the full.

The organisation provides information, advice, practical support, befriending and accessible activities to our clients and families.

This opportunity is a key leadership role in this vibrant, user-led charity based in Richmond and Wandsworth.

You will be providing leadership and direction to five team lead/managers as well as looking for opportunities for the charity to to develop. They are looking for innovation as well as sound leadership skills.

What you might be doing now:

• working for or volunteering in a similar charity or in a similar role
• looking to work part-time to fit around your other responsibilities
• you may be an HR practitioner looking for a new management challenge
• you may have worked for a local authority, but are looking for more autonomy and flexibility.
