Salary: £24,907 – £26,970 per annum / 28 hours per week

Would you like to help deliver a new service, aimed at developing relationships with local residents and reducing health inequalities faced by sections of society?

The Community Health and Wellbeing Worker at Ruils will work with households in Hampton North.

You will carry out monthly home visits to assess health and social needs of all individuals within the household, adopting a proactive and holistic approach to support them in managing their health and wellbeing.

You will also work with individuals to link them to services, community groups and activities to support them.

This is an opportunity to play an important role in promoting health and healthy lifestyles, improving health, prevention and early detection.

Amongst the essential skills required are outstanding listening and communication skills, empathy, enthusiasm, excellent organisational skills, and being adept and tenacious at seeking out information to help achieve sustainable improvements.
