JOB: BRITE Box Project Coordinator, Voices of Hope – apply now

Salary: £26,900 per annum pro rata (£8,939.08 actual) / 15 hours per week (term-time only, mainly Thu & Fri)

Are you an organised, people-person who would like to help address food insecurity in Richmond?

Voices of Hope is a locally founded charity in Kingston upon Thames with a focused reach into South West London. It is dedicated to bringing hope to individuals and the wider community, improving physical and mental health through community-based projects.

BRITE Box is one of these projects and is a meal recipe kit initiative aimed at bringing families together around food. It provides children with essential cooking skills, and encourages a healthy relationship with food from an early age.

This recruitment is for their Richmond Hub which operates from Harlequins Rugby Club and is supported by a dedicated team of local volunteers. The role is based between the Hub and the Voices of Hope office in Kingston, with some remote working options.

The Project Coordinator will oversee the weekly operations of the project, including managing volunteers, coordinating with schools and suppliers, tracking budgets, and ensuring smooth distribution of meal kits to families in need.

The post requires compliance with Voices of Hope’s safeguarding policies and is subject to a DBS check.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and will close when a successful appointment is made.

The starting date for the new appointment is June 2025.
