Salary: £33,662 per annum / 35 hours per week

Are you an experienced advice session supervisor with a strong background in the advice sector?

Citizens Advice Richmond (CAR) provides an essential advice service to the local community. They are seeking an experienced Advice Session Supervisor to lead their frontline team and ensure the technical quality and consistency of their work. This role is central to their service delivery and requires someone with a strong background and experience in the advice sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of advice sessions, delivered across multiple channels including face-to-face, telephone, and email. A primary function of the role is quality control – you will conduct regular case checking and provide direct supervision to Advisers.

Applicants must have prior experience in a supervisory capacity within an advice-giving organisation.

You will also need proven skills in managing both paid staff and volunteers, with the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback and maintain high advice standards in a busy environment.

This full-time, permanent role is based in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, with hybrid working options available.

They are looking to appoint someone immediately.

The closing date for applications is 30 October 2025. However, applications are being reviewed on a rolling basis and recruitment will close as soon as a suitable candidate is found. Early application is, therefore, encouraged.
