FUNDING: The Fore Autumn Funding Round – register 8 Jul

The time limited, one-week only registration period for the The Fore’s Autumn 2026 funding round will be open from 12 midday on Wednesday 8 July to 12 midday on Wednesday 15 July 2026.

The Fore helps small charities make a big impact through unrestricted grants to grow, strengthen and become more efficient or resilient. They particularly look to support grassroots organisations working with underserved communities.

Any registered charity, CIC, CIO or Community Benefit Society with turnover of under £500,000 is eligible to apply for up to £45,000, over one to three years.

The unrestricted grants are intended to create a step change for organisations (rather fund than ongoing work). They might help your organisation to grow, increase staff capacity, serve a new beneficiary group, become more sustainable or make your systems more efficient. The aim is to support you to be able to be better at what you do.

Successful applicants receive:

  • an unrestricted grant of up to £45,000 in total, spread across 1 to 3 years
  • access to free, highly skilled support provided by experienced professionals
  • access to our workshops programme, covering areas such as fundraising, communications, finance, strategy and more
  • a fully funded place on an impact measurement course
  • access to peer networking opportunities.

Registration takes just a few minutes.

Registered applicants will receive confirmation of their place on the funding round and details of how to apply on 16 July 2026 and will then need to apply by 5pm on 7 September 2026.

An online Q&A session is available to join on Wednesday 8 July, 3pm to 4pm to hear more from The Fore team about their processes and to pose questions before registering to apply.  Sign up to the Q&A here.
