Are you running an event or activity supporting people to stay healthy this winter? Small grants from the South West London Integrated Care System (ICS) are available to local organisations and groups to help run activities or events which support the community to stay well this Winter.
Due to the short timescales, it is anticipated this will be something that is already being organised. The funding of up to £500 could help cover some of the costs, enable you to increase the size of an event, or offer refreshments or activities to incentivise people to attend.
Alternatively, you can apply for vouchers to share with attendees where it would support local communities to stay healthy and well.
They are open to ideas about different types of events or activities. The event/activity will need to make information available about vaccinations as well as signposting to local services – including cost of living support and mental health services. Colleagues from the NHS could lead this or they can work with a community leader or member of the group to host the event.
Additionally, organisations must be able to demonstrate they have safeguarding and health and safety measures in place.
All events must be completed by February 2023.
There is a short application form to complete. For assistance with this or other questions, email amanveer.nathan@swlondon.nhs.uk to arrange a conversation.
The closing date for applications is Midday on 12 December 2022.
Successful applicants will be notified as soon as possible after the closing date
There may be a further round of funding if the first round is not all distributed.
Any groups interested in applying should visit the Winter Engagement funding webpage.
