FUNDING: Sport Unites Fund – apply now

The Mayor of London has made funding available for community projects which use sport and physical activity to bring Londoners together and improve physical health.

The Sport Unites Fund provides funding across two strands for community sports projects taking place between Summer 2021 and June 2022 in Greater London.

The New Ideas strand awards grants of up to £10,000 to individuals, informal groups and not-for-profit organisations for projects that have not previously received funding. The application process begins with the submission of an online Expression of Interest form.

The Tried and Tested strand awards grants of up to £50,000 to not-for-profit organisations for successful existing initiatives looking to expand their work.

A series of Q&A and workshop sessions will take place in August and September. See the dates and book a session here.

The fund is expected to stay open to applications until at least the 12th November 2021.
