FUNDING: Living with Long Term Challenges, MSE Charity – opens 1 February 2022

The next round of funding from Money Saving Expert Charity is targeting and supporting groups who will provide and enable those living with long term challenges to become more financially capable.

The charity awards grants of under £7,500 and the areas they wish to help support are dementia, autism, learning difficulties, caring responsibilities, mental illness, brain injury and stroke.

Applications are invited from 9am on 1 February 2022 and the period will close at 5pm on 25 February or as soon as 40 applications are accepted.

To apply, you must have an income of less than £500,000 and less than 6 months free reserves.

The Grant Advisory Panel will meet on 31 March and decisions will be emailed by 14 April 2022.

Organisations can check eligibility, preview the online application form and guidance and prepare their applications in advance of the opening date. It is recommended to submit actual applications as early as possible in the month as a maximum of 40 in total will be accepted, as they arrive.
