Hall and Woodhouse own a number of pubs across the country including the Eel Pie in Twickenham and offer grants of up to £4,000 to voluntary and community organisations working locally.
The 2022 application process is expected to open on 1st April and close on the 1st July.
The application form will be downloadable from the Hall and Woodhouse website.
Groups can apply for grants or fundraising support ranging from £400 and £4,000 to help achieve their aims.
Funding can be used towards, for example, equipment and furniture, training, transport, professional assistance, specific project resources or operational costs.
The average grant size is usually £1,500 with a few larger awards and organisations can apply if they are local to one of their pubs and work in one of the following areas:
- Youth work and activities
- Sports and social clubs
- Elderly people with people with disabilities
- Health and social care
- Local arts and culture
- Conservation and the environment
Grant applications will be notified of the outcome of their application by the end of the year and successful organisations should expect to be invited to attend an awards evening in January 2023
