Grants are available for charitable organisations in Greater London which provide services for young people (13-25 years) or the elderly.
Organisations within the boundaries of the M25 with an annual income of under £1million can apply for grants of £1,000 to £5,000, according to the need and the project.
In the financial year ending 5 April 2023, the Trustees authorised 15 grants totalling £32,000.
Additionally, to be eligible, applicants must not have free unrestricted reserves to the value of more than one year of the organisation’s annual expenditure.
Multi-year funding is considered.
The Trust is happy to consider applications for a wide variety of purposes, such as outreach, engagement, equipment, furnishings, running costs, helplines. Local charities are favoured over national ones.
With regard to projects targeting vulnerable young people, they have a special interest in supporting NEET youth and the prevention of young people from offending, as well as the integration/rehabilitation of ex-offenders.
Trustees meet twice a year, in April and October to consider applications. These must be submitted through their online form at least six weeks in advance of their meetings.
