UK registered charities can apply to this Foundation for grants to support essential home improvements for people in need.
Grants of up to £10,000 are available which aims to make homes safer, more welcoming and comfortable for people facing homelessness, disability, domestic abuse, serious illness, or financial hardship.
The funding can support a range of home improvement works, including essential repairs, decorating, the installation of fixtures, safety features, and other indoor and outdoor improvements.
There are four funding application windows a year. The dates for 2026 are:
- 2 February – 20 February
- 20 April – 15 May
- 20 July – 14 August
- 19 October – 13 November.
Applicants are notified of an outcome within 12 weeks of a round closing.
Due to the high number of applications received, funding rounds may be closed and awarded from previous applications.
