Does your charity work to improve the mental health of people in the UK? If so, apply now to double the impact of donations to your organisation during this match fund campaign week in May 2023.
This year’s campaign will take place between 15-22 May 2023 and UK registered charities with an annual income of at least £25,000 can apply to participate now. Last year’s campaign raised over £300,000 for 7 high impact charities.
Charities seeking to raise £2,500, £5,000 or £10,000 in public donations during the week can benefit from doubling this, with match funding via BigGive.org.
Your organisation’s work must involve the improvement of mental health and your application will need to demonstrate the impact of your work. Mental health is recognised as a broad topic which can encompass a variety of interventions from prevention, research, treatment, campaigning, raising awareness and more.
Applications will be considered from charities that improve, support or positively impact mental health as part of their core mission (as defined by mental health being part of their charitable objects).
Charities that do not have this in their charitable objects can apply to the fund with a restricted mental health project. For this, you must clearly articulate the mental health impact of the project and your charity’s previous impact in improving mental health.
The closing date for applications is 24 March 2023.
The deadline for offers to be made to applicants is 10 April 2023.
