This is an independent grant-making charity that wants to make a real difference to the lives of children, their families and carers in the UK. 

For over 100 years Beacon Lodge has worked with children and their parents who need support. 

Registered charities with an annual income below £500,000 can apply for grants of up to £10,000.

Eligible applicants should promote the care, safety and upbringing of children by:

• supporting and assisting those in need, their families and carers
• promoting their welfare and their support
• advancing their education.

The grants may be used to fund specific projects or to meet ongoing expenses, including staff costs and rent.
