Funding is available from the DWF Foundation for initiatives that develop and improve local communities by tackling specific issues, helping voluntary and community groups, encouraging community involvement by excluded individuals and enabling young people to develop skills for the benefit of the community.
The Foundation has no minimum grant size and the average maximum value is £5,000.
Proposed projects must address one of the themes which complement DWF’s Corporate Social Responsibility, as follows:
- Education
- Employability
- Homelessness
- Health and Wellbeing
Applications can be submitted at any time and will be considered at the relevant Grant Committee Meeting. These meetings take place in May, August, November and February.
