The Duke of Edinburgh’s (DofE) Award currently has funding available for voluntary sector organisations in London that wish to support young people (aged 14 – 24) from marginalised backgrounds to participate in the award scheme.
Eligible organisations can access operational support and up to £10,250 of grant funding to set up a DofE programme, as well as enrolment costs, built around their existing delivery.
In addition to funding, a wide range of training and other resources are available. This includes training for staff and volunteers, a dedicated member of DofE staff working collaboratively to support everything from training, mentoring, reporting and monitoring the progress of young people on their DofE journey.
Applicants must have a track record of working with marginalised groups, and the majority of the young people who access your services should fall into vulnerable group categories which have been identified.
The fund is due to close for applications on 26 January 2026 and all grants must be spent by the 31 March 2026.
