Tesco Stronger Starts and the Sun Newspaper have partnered to provide new small grant funding for grassroots football clubs.

The fund aims to help grassroots football organisations provide essential equipment and facilities for children to play football. It is also designed to help make football more accessible and affordable for children from all backgrounds.

There is a total funding pot of £150,000 from which they will award 150 x £1,000 grants.

Application is open to all grassroots football organisations which support children under the age of 18 years.

The closing date for applications is the Tuesday 30 April 2024.
