Grants are available to support rowing clubs, community organisations, schools and charities that are working to get more people involved in rowing and make the sport more accessible.

The funding is being made available through Love Rowing, British Rowing’s Charitable Foundation. The Foundation aims to support organisations to make rowing more inclusive, create better awareness around the benefits of the sport, and to reach new and diverse communities across the UK.

Their areas of focus are:

• young people from low socio-economic backgrounds
• people from ethnic minority backgrounds
• people with a disability or long-term health condition.

The grants can be used to help purchase equipment for the target audience listed above.

The closing date for applications is the 19 December 2023.

Decisions will be given on 22 January 2024 and awards made on 29 January 2024.
