Charities and CICs seeking to influence and achieve change in national policy to improve support for people facing complex issues, particularly accommodation, social security, and refugees asylum seeker support.
This programme from Lloyds Bank Foundation will provide grants of between £30,000 and £150,000 for up to three years.
It will support a range of activities, including research, policy work, campaigns, and communications activity.
Funding may be sought for specific projects and / or specific roles.
You can apply for all costs related to the proposed influencing work to be covered. This includes but is not limited to:
- staff costs
- activity costs
- materials costs
- evaluation costs
- core costs where they are overheads clearly related to the proposed project.
They are also happy to consider adding to existing funding from other sources and build on or extend existing work. They cannot, however, retrospectively fund work that has already started.
The Foundation is particularly interested in proposals led by or actively developed with user groups and/or people with direct lived experience of the relevant issues.

The closing date for expressions of interest is 5pm on 19 May 2023.
Successful applicants will be notified and invited to Stage 2 by 30 June 2023.
Assessment meetings with Stage 2 applicants will take place between 3 July and 25 August 2023.
The deadline for final updated applications is 5pm on Friday 1 September 2023.
Final decisions will be made end-October 2023.
