Apply now to a new £500,000 fund to support initiatives that reduce electronic waste in the UK.
The Time after Time e-waste Fund has been created by a partnership between Virgin Media O2 and environmental charity Hubbub.
It will make grants of between £10,000 and £75,000 available for projects that focus on the reuse, repair and recycling of small electrical items, from smartphones and laptops to toys and kitchen appliances.
This could include research projects that support a reduction in e-waste, campaigns that raise awareness particularly amongst people aged 16-24 or projects that directly tackle the causes of e-waste.
The fund is open to charities, academic bodies, community interest companies, social enterprises, registered companies, local authorities, and Business Improvement Districts.
The deadline to submit expressions of interest is 5pm on the 14 December 2022.
Selected projects will then be asked to submit a full application.
Projects are expected to begin in April 2023.
