This trust provides grants to registered charities for a broad range of projects that support the delivery of positive outcomes for blind and partially sighted people.
Their priorities are Education, Employment, Engagement and Collaboration and Sustainability.
Grants awarded are usually up to £10,000 but, in exceptional cases, can be higher.
Funding awarded can be used for infrastructure and impact, insight and research and innovation seed funding.
They will not fund established programmes of work but will consider supporting new developments delivered in addition to that work.
If you would like an informal discussion before applying or have a general enquiry about the grants, you can email the Trust at grants@pocklington-trust.org.uk.
The programme is open for application until 5 February 2023 but the Trust reserves the right to close it early dependent on demand.
Find full details and information on previous grantees, plus access to the application portal, at the Thomas Pocklington Trust Grants webpage.
