FUNDING: LGBT+ Futures: Equity Fund – apply by 21 Nov

A new round of funding is available for not-for-profit organisations led by and for under-represented groups within the LGBT+ community in England, to help them stay well resourced, sustainable and resilient.

Thanks to further funding from The National Lottery Community Fund, there is a new pot of £500,000 which organisations can apply for a share of. Grant awards of up to £25,000 will be made to intersectional small grassroots organisations for projects that work with:

  • D/deaf, Disabled, Neurodivergent LGBT+ people
  • LGBT+ People of Colour and People from Black, Asian and Minoritised Ethnicities
  • LGBTQI+ Women
  • Older LGBT+ people
  • Trans and Non-Binary people.

The funding is made available by the Consortium of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Voluntary and Community Organisations, in partnership with the National Lottery Community Fund, and is intended to be as flexible as possible.

Community Panels will assess applications in batches. Applicants will be advised on the success of their application within a maximum four months of applying.

Applications will be considered on a rolling basis until 12 noon on Thursday 21 November 2024.
