This Trust supports registered charities working in the arts, health and wellbeing, and nature conservation.
Application is open to national charities operating in the UK and to specified areas, which includes Greater London.
New grants focus on charities which address the root causes of problems, under the three following headings:
- conserving our natural environment and promoting the sustainable use of resources
- increasing the accessibility of the arts, especially for young people
- promoting physical and mental wellbeing
New small grants can be made in other areas, for example, for care and counselling under the wellbeing heading, but these are normally made to organisations which seek to address underlying problems and where it is thought that a grant can make a real difference.
Most grants are for £1,000, £2,000 or £3,000.
Application is made through a short online form.
The trustees meet twice a year, in March and September to consider applications.
The Spring 2026 application window will close at midnight on 28 February 2026.
