Due to open in 2026 is a great opportunity for climate & community resilience projects in London.
The new funding from City Bridge Foundation aims to empower the people most affected by climate change, environmental hazards and pollution, to organise and champion a fair, inclusive transition, as London works towards its net-zero goals.
Full information on the fund will be published on 29 June 2026 but the first round is set to offer five years of core and flexible funding to small and medium-sized organisations with an annual income under £1.5 million.
Awards will be made to support running costs and project activity that tackles the unequal impacts of heat, damp, flooding, pollution and other environmental issues.
Applicants must be based in, led by, or closely connected to affected communities, including low-income communities and those facing wider inequalities.
A free online information webinar (Zoom) is to be held at 11am on Tuesday 30 June 2026 – click here to sign up.
A recording of the webinar will be made available after the live event.
The closing date for applications is 8 September 2026.
