Salary: £13.85–£14.65 per hour, dependent on experience / 6.5 hours per day (Mon to Fri)

An experienced and proactive Caretaker is needed for this specialist ballet school based in Twickenham.

The post holder will be an enthusiastic problem-solver and an excellent communicator, and will deliver day-to-day maintenance and security functions across the Rambert School site.

The main area of responsibility for this position is caretaking and maintenance, which includes preventative and reactive hands-on maintenance, upkeep of the grounds, building inspections, lost property, stocks and supplies, general housekeeping, and assisting with moving goods and furniture.

Additionally, when required, the post holder will perform security tasks, provide after-hours Front of House, look after post and deliveries, studio hires, internal performances, health and safety, and other general tasks.           

The role is all year-round, working 6.5 hours a day, Monday to Friday.

Term time hours are 2pm to 8.30pm, non-term time hours are 12pm to 6.30pm.

Some evening and weekend overtime may be required on occasion.
