This Foundation helps charities which support the rehoming of pets, and also people in crisis.

Their grants for pets support charities that help find new homes for unwanted pets, and those for people support charities who help people in times of crisis – such as food insecurity, homelessness or financial hardship resulting from life changing events.

There is no minimum value of grant awarded. Typically, the maximum grant awarded is £10,000.

Applications are welcomed from registered charities in England to either support specific projects or the running costs of direct activities. This includes capital items and/or equipment, and building work or refurbishment.

Medium and small charitable organisations are prioritised.

The online application process is simple and fast. You will need to be specific about the amount you are applying for, describe your project or initiative, and detail how the funds will be spent and will provide benefit. 

The Foundation’s trustees meet twice a year in June and November to consider and approve applications.

The next deadline for applications is Friday 1 November 2024.
