Local charities which provide community spaces can apply now for grants to enhance community facilities and ensure that they remain viable community resources.

In celebration of Morrisons 125th Anniversary, this Foundation has created a new £1 million fund to support up to 125 charities.

Organisations can apply for up to £8,000 for a range of uses including new equipment, and renovating or creating new spaces that have a lasting impact.

Grants cannot be used for salaries, utility bills, or administrative costs.

Applicants must be invited to apply by a local Morrisons Community Champion. The nearest stores to Richmond borough are at Brentford, Acton, Ealing and Wimbledon.

After being verified and reviewed by the Foundation, Morrisons colleagues, will choose the successful charities in August, who will be notified via email.

Applications must be submitted by the 14 July 2024.
