Salary: £33,000 –  £37,500 per annum pro rata / 18 hours per week

A great new opportunity with a local learning disability charity.

In this post, you will work alongside the project leaders and CEO of Mencap Richmond to further their work and represent the organisation.

You will be responsible for the development of new projects for children, young people and adults. These will build on the existing strengths of the organisation and support the needs and aspirations of those with whom they work.

Additionally, you will provide onsite leadership for specific projects and will work closely with the CEO and other leads, supporting the charity to achieve its wider goals.

The opportunity is offered on the basis of a 2-year contract which is subject to extension.

The hours are to be worked according to the needs of the business, which currently includes Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Occasional evening and weekend work is required,
