JOB: Finance Administrator, ADHD Embrace – apply by 22 Nov

Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 per annum pro rata / 5 hours per week

ADHD Embrace has a vacancy for a part time Finance Administrator. 

The role is to provide effective management of their finance function in order to ensure the charity is well managed in this area and to ensure the integrity of their financial data.

You will report to the organisation’s Executive Director, work closely with their Treasurer, and will also work collaboratively with other members of staff.

You’ll have responsibility for management reporting by ensuring all transactions are recorded in a timely and accurate way on the ‘Xero’ accounting platform.   

The ideal candidate will be an experienced bookkeeper or accountant with at least three years experience. 

You should have knowledge of cloud-based accounting systems and automated banking and business processing, as well as great numeric skills with attention to detail.

This is initially a home-based position with a requirement to attend meetings from time to time.  In the future, there may be a requirement to work in an office/shared workspace in Richmond or Kingston boroughs, so it’s ideally suited to someone working within travelling distance of these areas..

The working pattern is flexible and can be discussed and agreed with the successful candidate.
