ADHD Embrace is a small and impactful community support charity operating out of South West London.
They are seeking to appoint a new Executive Director to lead the execution of the charity’s mission with the long-term goal of ensuring it is a sustainable organisation with a positive team culture.
Following a period of rapid growth, the Executive Director will be pivotal in leading the organisation through its next phase of development. This is a wide ranging role and the key responsibilities of the role cover the following:
- Strategy and Delivery
- Leadership, Management and Culture
- Fundraising and Financial Oversight
- Advocacy, External Relationships and Communication
This is a hybrid role, currently mainly virtual, but with the requirement to attend events and some meetings in-person and it includes some evenings and occasional weekends. In the future the charity may be based in an office or shared working space.
The Executive Director should be a self-starter, analytical and creative to find solutions and have energy to lead the charity onto its next stage in a changing environment.
They will also have experience in a leadership role in the voluntary sector or in a small company with a multi-disciplinary team and experience leading a complex team structure to deliver services and transformation against multiple goals.
