This role is central to ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and involves managing a dedicated team of support workers and volunteers.

  • Prevent escalation of mental health crises.
  • Reduce unnecessary emergency service use.
  • Foster recovery, independence, and wellbeing.

As a Team Coordinator, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of services, manage staff rotas, ensure safeguarding, liaise with external partners (such as NHS and other agencies), and provide direct support to individuals where needed.

This role has a particular focus on the operational management of the service, including promoting the café, outreach, and reporting outcomes to funders.

You might already work in mental health services, or you could be looking for a new challenge in this area. As long as you bring strong leadership, organisational, and people skills, alongside a passion for supporting others, they would love to hear from you.
