The Landmark Arts Centre is looking for a skilled Creative Learning Manager to lead and deliver arts-based learning programmes that resonate with their mission to make the arts accessible and engaging for all.

You will play a central part in expanding outreach efforts, ensuring programmes are inclusive, impactful, and aligned with their educational goals.

The role involves developing, coordinating, and evaluating a range of creative learning programmes, workshops, and outreach activities.

You will work closely with community partners, educators, and artists to deliver programmes that inspire and educate. Key duties include managing budgets, organising events, and tracking outcomes to ensure the effectiveness of initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be someone with a background in arts education, community engagement or similar fields. Strong organisational skills, experience in project management, and a thorough understanding of educational frameworks are essential.

You should also have experience with safeguarding practices and the ability to work effectively across various community sectors to foster inclusive participation.
