Salary: £47,500 per annum pro rata (£28,500 actual) / 24 hours per week

MiD Mediation & Counselling is a well-established charity that has been supporting individuals and families affected by separation and relationship breakdown since 1983.

Based in Hampton Hill, we provide specialist family mediation and accessible counselling services for adults, children and couples, helping families navigate difficult times and build a more positive future.

They are seeking an experienced, proactive Executive Director to lead the charity’s day-to-day operations, manage its resources and staff, and work closely with the Board of Trustees to secure its long-term sustainability and development.
