Salary £30,000 – £38,000 per annum / 37.5 hours per week (Mon to Fri)
As part of their recently published Strategy Report 2024-2028, this local charity is hiring to a new role to drive forward their fundraising goals.
Small Steps is a well-established multi-disciplinary provider of early years support for children with disabilities. You can see their recent Impact Report 2024 here.
In this new role, the post-holder will promote Small Steps in the community. They will increase awareness and engagement of new supporters and organise and deliver staff-led and third-party events to increase the supporter base, whilst always maintaining the ethos of ‘putting families first’.
A flexible working pattern is supported due to the nature and demands of the role that include evening and weekend working.
