Salary: £13.61- £14.65 per hour / Hours: 22.5 per hour

This local specialist school in Twickenham is looking for an experienced and proactive caretaker.

The Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance is seeking an enthusiastic problem-solver and excellent communicator to deliver day-to-day maintenance and security functions across their thriving site. 

This part-time practical post operates variable hours all year round, with evening and weekend overtime required on occasion.

The key areas of responsibility for the role include tasks which cover general maintenance, security, out-of-hours, mail and deliveries, studio hires, school performances, health and safety, and out-of-hours front of house.

Applicants need to have at least two years’ similar experience, as well as excellent organisation and communication skills.

You will also be First Aid trained and hold a Security Industry Authority (SIA) license, or be willing to obtain these.
