Salary: £28,612 pa pro rata, plus 5% employer pension contribution / 21 hours per week

Citizens Advice Richmond is an independent local charity providing information and advice to anyone who lives, works or studies in Richmond borough. Their service is free, confidential and impartial and they empower people to resolve their problems and change their lives for the better.
Most of the advice service and a variety of support roles are delivered by volunteers. This post will lead on the recruitment and training of new volunteers and oversee the training of existing staff and volunteers. It will be based at one or more of their local advice centres in the borough.
The right person will have the ability to recruit, develop and motivate staff and volunteers, as well as the ability to develop individuals or groups by providing support, guidance, tutoring and/or training. They will have proven ability to supervise and monitor advice work and be committed to the aims and principles of the Citizens Advice service
