Salary: £29,477 per annum pro rata (£17,686) / 21 hours per week

Citizens Advice Richmond is an independent local charity providing information and advice to anyone who lives, works or studies in Richmond borough. Their service is free, confidential and impartial and empowers people to resolve their problems and change their lives for the better.
A large volunteer team delivers most of their advice services and a variety of support roles. This post leads on the recruitment and training of new volunteers and oversees the training of existing staff and volunteers. It will be based at one or more of their advice centres in the borough and includes working from home.
To apply for the role, you will have proven ability to supervise and monitor advice work and be committed to the aims and principles of the Citizens Advice service.
