JOB OPPORTUNITY: Senior Activities Leader, Skylarks – apply by 24 August 2022

£16,000 – £20,000 per annum pro-rata / 15 hours per week

Could you be the fun and enthusiastic person needed for this small team supporting children with additional needs and their families?

Skylarks is an award-winning children’s charity based in Richmond. They provide a supportive and active community, caring for the whole family and aiming to remove the isolation that can be felt by families and their children who have a disability or additional needs. They have an open-door policy and anyone, from anywhere, is welcome!

This role will be supporting the Operations Manager and Programme Co-ordinator to deliver a range of activities and workshops for children and young people with additional needs.

You will also support their families, parents and carers to access information workshops, support groups and activities.

If you are enthusiastic about working with children, have a positive can-do attitude and kind, friendly manner, this role could be perfect for you.

It’s an exciting time to join the team as they are looking to expand their service to more families across surrounding boroughs. The post offers significant opportunities for development and growth.

The part-time hours can be worked flexibly, Monday to Friday. The organisation’s main days of operations are Tuesday 12 midday – 6pm, Wednesday 3.30pm – 6.30pm and Friday 9.30am -1pm. The role offers a hybrid working style with a combination of locations of home, Richmond and Hounslow.
