JOB OPPORTUNITY: Operations, Media & Events Admin, Richmond Music Trust – apply by 10 Dec

Salary:  £24,892- £26,303 / 26 hours per week

This role to assist the Chief Executive in the delivery of Richmond Music Trust’s day to day operations is an excellent opportunity for a hardworking and ambitious individual.

The main duties include scheduling and support for 90 instrumental teachers, dealing with enquiries from parents, teachers and schools, and assisting with the invoicing process. Supporting administration across several departments is also a key part of the role, plus leading on social media content and opportunities and supporting the delivery of events.

The successful candidate will be highly literate and numerate with IT skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a confident phone manner are essential, as is the ability to work with initiative and take on responsibility where appropriate. Experience using social media would be an advantage.

The post requires a limited amount of contact with children and young people and the successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
